Privacy
Effective 2026-10-22.
Spenta keeps one private record of its work. This page says what goes into it from this site and the Spenta app, who can see it, and how long it stays.
What we keep
- Site submissions: what you type in the Submit a site form, the files you attach, the time, and the address your browser sent it from (to stop abuse).
- Partner sign-in: for Spenta partners and staff, the Google account email, each sign-in and sign-out, and the address and browser used.
- Guest data rooms: for someone given a link to documents, the email it was issued to, when the guest terms were accepted, and each open and download, with time, address and browser.
Who sees it
Spenta's partners, and the software that keeps the record for them. Submissions are never sold, never shared with anyone outside Spenta, and never used to contact you about anything but the site you sent.
What this site does not do
- No advertising, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The only cookies are the sign-in cookies of the app and data rooms, which are needed to keep you signed in.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees the request for the font files.
How long
Submissions stay while the site is under consideration and for the record of our decisions. Access logs stay for at least two years, because they show who saw which document.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete a submission: intake@spenta.co. We keep the access log entries themselves, since they are the record of who opened what.
