Guest data-room terms

Effective 2026-10-22. You accept these before a Spenta data room opens.

The link

• A data-room link is issued by a Spenta partner to one person, for one opportunity. It works once, on the device where you accept these terms, and ends when the release expires or Spenta withdraws it.
• Do not forward the link or let anyone else use your session. Sign out when you are done; you can also sign out on every device from the room.

The documents

• They are confidential. Use them only to evaluate the opportunity they were released for.
• Do not copy, forward, publish or re-share them, in whole or in part, or use them to approach any owner, utility or counterparty named in them, except through Spenta.
• Delete your copies when Spenta asks, or when you stop evaluating the opportunity.
• Each document is shared as it stands. Figures carry their source; Spenta does not warrant what a third party claims.

Agreements already in place

Where you or your firm has signed a non-disclosure, non-circumvention or fee agreement with Spenta, that agreement governs and these terms add to it. Nothing here grants a license, an option or any right in a site.

The record

Spenta records when you accept these terms and each time you open or download a document, with the time, your address and browser. See Privacy.
